Etalink Inc. is a wholesaler and distributor in the industries of Eco friendly, plant-based and bio-degradable natural raw material for Turf Care, Pesticide, Agriculture, Aquaculture, Animal Care, Skin Care, Personal Care/House Care, Construction material, and Cleaning agent. We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs staff to join us to contribute to the success of the career. The position will be responsible for product formulas, product specifications, and customer support. Utilizing various software and database programs to assure compliance with local, federal, and global regulatory requirements. Work closely with suppliers, customers, sales, and marketing to supply documentation support.

Required Skills

Practical experience in quality/ regulatory compliance in related industries. (i.e., Agriculture, skincare)

 

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers

Collect product samples, send out for analysis, record, review, and approve results

Experience with web-based market research together and compare data

Proficient with Database software; Spreadsheet software and Word
Processing software

Essential Duties & Responsibilites

Generates maintains and manages product formulas

Generates maintains and manages product specifications for internal and external customers

Maintains process data of formula development

Develops and maintains Excel spreadsheets in compliance with relevant local, federal, and global regulations and standards

Collect product samples, send out for analysis, record, review, and approve results

Develops and maintains documents regarding ingredient statements to comply with domestic and international guidelines

Reviews regulations to meet compliance of all documents issued and information collected

Review labels and marketing material for regulation compliance

Creating and updating specifications including raw materials, finished goods, and sales specifications

Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred. An equivalency of education could possibly fulfill formal degree requirements
